I just spent the most relaxing days at MonteCasa Spa & Wellness, and it was everything I needed and more! The serene atmosphere, professional staff, and luxurious treatments were absolutely perfect. From rejuvenating massages to time in the sauna overlooking the sea, every moment was pure bliss. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the entire facility has a calming ambiance. If you’re looking to unwind and treat yourself in Montenegro, MonteCasa is a must!

Just returned from a fantastic 7 nights at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing with so much choice, the indoor pool sublime and the bed super comfy with robust air conditioning. We had no issues with WiFi and actually no issues with anything! More than this, the staff at Monte Casa were without exception kind, efficient and friendly. My mum is registered blind and they watched her like a hawk when I needed to pop to our room for 20 mins. We absolutely loved it here and are already planning our return. We love you! Much of this hotel was impressive as was the location. The room was good, the A/C worked and hot and cold water were up to scratch. The hotel was quiet and staff whilst not over enthusiastic were not disinterested. Breakfast was plentiful if a little predictable and the cooked options were very greasy but tolerable. The bar being closed at 10 was disappointing. Our main complaint was the pool. A big 5 floor multi roomed hotel had a tiny pool with maybe 20 sunbeds and whilst there were notices saying 'towels would be removed' from beds without people on them this was not the case. The sun begins to disappear into the shade from midday and is totally gone by 3pm which demonstrates a basic design fault with a hotel catering for an influx of sun seeking tourists.

Hotel situated in a very good location.

The hotel is placed in a very good location and if you are lucky you may have a room with a view. The hotel is very close to the beach. There are two ways to the beach: one of them is via the main road passing through the hall with reception of the hotel and the other one is through a small hall, near the pool passing through a restaurant.

There is a pool and a jacuzzi but during the afternoon hours the pool is in the shade. The beds from the pool are comfortable but they cannot accommodate all the tourists of the hotel, if they all want to go to the pool at the same time.

The room is big enough, so is the bathroom but there were some small details that could support improvements. They provide you bathrobe and bath slippers. In the closet there are enough hangers, a chapter almost all hotels fail. There is a minibar and a seif in the room.

The restaurant was clean and the food was at the level of our expectations - you just have to be realistic observing the level of life in the country.

Near the hotel there are some restaurants, shops and coffee shops.

Wir waren über RSD hier als Verlängerungswoche. Das einzige was ich hier bemängeln muss war das teilweise nicht vorhandene Personal vor allem an der Bar tagsüber. Ansonsten war alles spitze. Das Zimmer riesig mit 2 Badezimmern,Sofaecke,großen Einbauschränken,2 Fernsehern,2 Balkonen mit Meerblick und Balkonmöbeln. Es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht und die Handtücher gewechselt. Das Essen war richtig gut nur teilweiße etwas kalt. Der Weg zum Strand war auch problemlos und kurz. Alles in Allem würden wir dieses Hotel sofort weiterempfehlen.

Boravak u ovom hotelu bio je pravo uživanje od početka do kraja.
Od trenutka kada smo kročili u hotel, dočekalo nas je izuzetno ljubazno i profesionalno osoblje koje je učinilo da se osjećamo kao kod kuće. Ambijent je prelijep, a usluge su na vrhunskom nivou.

Spa usluge pogotovo zaslužuju posebnu pohvalu. Željela bih da izdvojim fizioterapeuta Sašu, koji je svojim izuzetnim masažama učinio pravi čudo. Saša je pravi profesionalac i veliki majstor svog zanata – svaki tretman je bio savršen, a osjećaj opuštanja i osviježenja nakon masaže neprocijenjiv. Njegova ljubaznost i pažnja prema svakom detalju učinili su da se osjećamo potpuno opušteno i zbrinuto.

Sve u svemu, ovo je hotel koji nudi fantastičnu uslugu, divnu atmosferu, izvanrednu hranu i spa tretmane koji su pravo opuštanje za telo i dušu.
Svakako ću se vratiti i preporučiti ga svima koji žele da uživaju u vrhunskoj usluzi.

Klima u sobi malo, malo pa ne radi, morate sami da je resetujete, ko ne zna da uradi to ostaje bez klime. Parkinga nema dovoljno pa nas parkiraju po ulici ispred hotela gde su mi izgrebali felnu na autu. Nestane voda po par sati pa se ne mozete ni okupati posle plaze i ostalo. Sobarice upadnu u sobu tek tako, kao da niko nije u sobi. U baru se sluzi jako losa kafa. Za doruckom i vecerom sto smo imali u polupansionu, nikada nisu bili ocisceni i postavljeni stolovi sa priborom za rucavanje,sami smo cistili stolove da bi imali gde da sednemo da jedemo. Često nema dovoljno tanjira i čaša za švedskim stolom. Na bazenu nema dovoljan broj lezaljki. Ovo je treca godina za redom da smo došli u ovaj hotel i zadnja. Pre nije bilo ovako, kao ove godine.

Osoblje hotela i usluga dobri. Međutim soba u prizemlju jako loša. Balkon je povezana terasa za više soba bez ikakvog pogleda. Soba je bila vrlo prljava, paučina po stropu. Tv me radi, nema signala, klima radi povremeno. Tepih na podu i drveni ormar smrde po vlazi tako da sam odjeću morao držati u koferu a od neugodnog mirisa nisam mogao spavati pa sam morao kupovati mirisne svijeće i osvježivač prostora.
