I co-lived at La Vita Sukha for 2 weeks and had the most amazing time. The community Liz has built is incredibly kind, generous with their knowledge and a creative open minded space. I learnt a lot this past two weeks about new things, like psychedelic breathwork and deep house, as well as having the time and space to reflect more deeply about myself. It was a lovely, restful retreat where you have time to authentically interact with the local community, support the local economy by buying fresh produce from local farmers, and explore a lesser known part of Italy. If you’re thinking of going, do it!

This place is magical. You are surrounded by nature, good vibes and wonderful people. I felt immediately welcomed. Liz is a great host with such a positive energy. It’s up to you to decide if you need to work in a quiet room or in an open space, to switch position or to jump into the pool to refresh your mind. The common spaces including the kitchen are perfect to cook a meal or to chat and to get in touch with co-workers. La Vita Sikhs is THE perfect place to combine whatever you need to grow.

I spent a month at La Vita Sukha from August to September this year.

I fell in love with the villa, location, lifestyle and developed a really good bond with Liz. Now the place feels like a second home for me, and I'm returning again at the end of the month.

When I first arrived Liz and Rhodri gave me a warm welcome, and helped me to integrate into the local community.

I can't recommend La Vita Sukha enough as a digital nomad, especially those in a creative field, I feel my ideas and creative work is supercharged in their environment.

I'm so thankful this was my first experience of coliving. I met people that I'll now be connected to for life. And the owner, Liz, is one of my new favourite people.

La Vita Sukha is located in a beautiful remote village called Roseto — it's the perfect place for solitude and reconnecting with yourself. The property itself is stunning, there's a pool, a huge garden with fresh fruits and veggies, and lots of spaces to work and relax.

I highly highly recommend this place! If you're thinking about going, go!

I have just returned form a stay at La Vita, Sukha the villa is gorgeous with large rooms and shared areas so you don’t feel on top of other guests.
The outside space and pool area is sunning and a peaceful spot to sunbathe. Liz has energy and positivity that is inspiring, I loved learning about permaculture while enjoying fresh plumbs, figs, apples and pears straight from the trees.
The historic village is small but has a great atmosphere where you can enjoy fabulous food and coffee while enjoying the Mountain View, it has a market on Saturdays and a couple of shops, everyone I met was super friendly and I had the
Most fabulous stay.

Staying at Liz’s beautiful home in Italy was an absolute dream, we had a wonderful time! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome and made the house feel like it was our own. Our bedroom was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The house is surrounded by nature, which was a huge plus for us as we love being immersed in the wilderness. We loved taking walks around the property and up into the nearby forest, where we there were breathtaking views of the town.

One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful presence of Chopin, Liz’s adorable little cat. She added an extra touch of homeliness, making the house feel even more welcoming.

Liz’s dedication to eco-friendly practices is truly inspiring. The way she has integrated nature into her home is remarkable, and the outdoor pool, surrounded by lush greenery, was the ultimate relaxation spot. We spent a lot of our time there dipping in the pool, and soaking in the zen-like atmosphere.

Liz was an incredible host, always ready to give with recommendations and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed during our stay. Her genuine care and attention to detail made our visit unforgettable, she was particularly helpful with our parents which we really appreciated as our father has a physical disability.

We would highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to return. We’ll definitely be coming back next year!

I just wanted to write of my experience whilst staying at the Villa last year during March, then June/July.

The Villa:
It's got a really friendly, healing vibe.

Amenities:
There is a swimming pool, tennis table and pool table plus board games around the Villa.

I think, with development, and there's plenty in the offing, it's going to be a very special place for a short or long-term stay or, for co-living arrangements. I
There are extensive grounds with fruit trees. It's a permaculture paradise awaiting development.

Liz’s mum actually planted the tree which she brought over from the UK.

It was great fun to feed the hens and see them grow when they arrived last year - a new experience for me.

The Place:
Roseto is a tiny village with a big heart.
It has a central Piazza and markets twice weekly which are great fun for fresh food shopping during the Summer.
The ice cream is terrific and sit in the piazza sipping a lovely approach, or an Amaro even a beer.

Locals are happy to assist you at any time, and the fishmonger will bring in fresh fish if you order it for example.

You have a Bank, ATM, Post Office and Pharmacist.
All in all a neat place to stay whether you want a digital nomad experience or, a co-living experience.
It will make a wonderful place for groups too.
I'd suggest that groups would be very happy here, especially on a team bonding experience in a business community.
I hope that your stay will be as interesting as mine was.
