This is either a brand new hotel or newly upgraded. It has a Keurig in the room and free basic breakfast with some hot options. The pillows were super cozy and everything was clean and cared for. The front desk folks handled very fast check-ins. (We stayed twice, once going up to Denver and once back. It's the perfect halfway point from DFW.) The best of all was access to first-floor rooms. There was a bit of noise above us but it didn't last long.

We have stayed here three times. The first two times were great and both had us coming back. Unfortunately the last time was different. On check-in the woman behind the counter, who was training a new employee, was rude and not accommodating. This left us feeling unwelcome and we probably won’t stay here again. 😔

A 4- to 5-star visit mate by a 3-star breakfast. Our first room smelled like cigarette-smoke and cleaner-- the excess slander smell was probably from trying to get rid of the cigarette smell. Fortunately, they were able to move us to another room, which was great.

Driving between N Texas and Denver, this is a perfect half way rest spot. Staff greeted us immediately and were friendly. Got our room, great layout.
Liked the shower and how you could turn the water on without getting wet.
Beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. A little soft, but you can easily bunch it up to fit your comfort level.
Breakfast was popular, line waiting for the omelette and sausages. The Western omelette was really good, great amount of peppers and cheese in it.
The breakfast service was awesome as well. She went table to table asking if anyone needed anything or she could help with anything.
Coffees were good, not great if your a coffee snob, but the bold was a great way to start my day.
We’ll stay again on our next trip this way.

Extra bonus, first time I’ve seen these little screens to block the AC from blowing on you while sleeping. Great little feature!

We chose this hotel because there were some reviews mentioning the pool was warm or heated. I asked the person at the front desk upon arrival if the pool was warm because we wanted to pick a hotel primarily based on that. The lady at the front desk said it was but when we went swimming the next day with our kids the water was cold. Very disappointed primarily because that was one of the main attractions for our kids for staying in a hotel.

Besides that, the lady working breakfast was very hard working and nice even if the food supply was low during the rush at the last 39 minutes of breakfast.

I would not suggest this hotel if a pool is a major deciding factor. I knew it would be small but expected it to be warm.

We had two rooms: the mattress in both were clearly old and needed replacing. They were sagging and uncomfortable. We stayed in three hotels the last two weeks and this one was the ONLY one with bad beds. It was only one night so we made do but I thought about sleeping on the floor. BUT breakfast was fine and the place was quiet

First room smelt like cigarettes and the second one had a tv that wouldn’t work. I asked for it to be fixed because I had to be here for a week for work. But they couldn’t do anything. I asked politely to be moved again and the front desk lady had an attitude and told me I could just leave. So I was checked out and told that my money would be released immediately. It wasn’t. So I had to sleep in my car because this hotel took all of my funds. Still waiting for my money to come back. This was such a terrible experience. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. The manager told their front desk that I have to seek other accommodations elsewhere.
